Freeze Dried Whole Cranberries

Ingredient: 100% cranberries.

Cranberries are naturally rich in dietary fibre, vitamin C and polyphenolic compounds such as proanthocyanidins, which are characteristic of the fruit.

The freeze drying process preserves the cranberry’s shape, deep red colour and natural aroma without the use of additives or fillers. Their firm texture and bold scent make them suitable for enrichment use, meal toppers or fruit-based mixes. Because this is a natural product, size, shape and colour may vary slightly between pieces.

Note: Due to the light and airy nature of freeze dried cranberries, 15g still provides a generous amount (much more than it seems). Unlike denser freeze dried products like sweet potato cubes and strawberries, cranberries pack more volume per gram.
