Freeze dried okra slices made from fresh okra that has been sliced and dried to retain its natural structure and composition. Okra is naturally rich in dietary fibre and contains vitamin C, vitamin K, folate and naturally occurring polyphenolic compounds commonly found in green vegetables.

The freeze drying process preserves the okra’s shape, colour and nutrient composition without the use of additives or fillers. The light, airy texture and distinctive vegetable aroma make these slices suitable for enrichment use, meal toppers or vegetable-based mixes.

Packaging note: Due to the fragile nature of freeze dried okra, this product is available exclusively in a glass jar to help protect the slices during shipping.
