Freeze Dried Cranberry Slices

Ingredient: 100% cranberries.

Cranberries are naturally rich in dietary fibre, vitamin C and polyphenolic compounds such as proanthocyanidins, which are characteristic of the fruit.

The freeze drying process preserves the cranberry slices' shape, deep red colour and natural aroma without the use of additives or fillers. Because this is a natural product, size, shape and colour may vary slightly between pieces.

Note: Due to the light and airy nature of freeze-dried cranberry slices, 15g still provides a generous amount — much more than it seems! Unlike denser freeze-dried products like sweet potato cubes and strawberries, cranberries pack more volume per gram.
