Freeze Dried Brussel Sprouts Halves

Ingredient: 100% Brussel sprouts.

Brussels sprouts are naturally rich in dietary fibre, vitamin C, vitamin K and glucosinolates, plant compounds commonly found in cruciferous vegetables.

The freeze drying process preserves the vegetable’s shape, aroma and nutrient profile without the use of additives or fillers. Their firm texture and earthy scent make them suitable for enrichment use, meal toppers or vegetable-based mixes. Because this is a natural product, size, shape and colour may vary slightly between pieces.

Note: Due to the light and airy nature of freeze dried Brussel sprouts, 25g and 50g still provide a generous amount (much more than it seems). Unlike denser freeze dried products like sweet potato cubes and strawberries, Brussel sprouts pack more volume per gram.
